Texas-country singer Randy Travis apologized after being arrested on charges of public drunkenness outside a church in North Texas.
Tom Reedy Denton County Sheriff spokesman said the police detained in the city of Sanger Travis early Monday after spotting a vehicle parked in front of a church and find an open bottle of wine and Travis smelling alcohol.
