Women of Cleveland Heights with an apparent passion for animal rights that federal custody today remains low. Federal prosecutors say that she tried to hire a Hitman to kill “someone who wears Skins” via Facebook.
Meredith Lowell, 27, federal agents arrested on Tuesday morning at his home, loaded with the request to kill him.
