Singapore-motor aircraft giant Rolls-Royce on Monday opened its largest facility of Asia in Singapore as it seems to take advantage of the regions booming aviation sector.
Rolls-Royce Seletar Campus will install only outside the factory of the Derby of companies in Britain to assemble, test and produce of Trent 1000 and Trent 900 engines, the company said.
The Trent 900 engine is widely used in the Airbus A380 super jumbo, while on the Trent 1000 series-can feed more recent series of Boeing Dreamliner.
