A 19-year-old boy was shot and killed and a second man was the end Monday as they sat in a car in Dallas East antigua injured.
Victor Carmona was mortally wounded in the shooting around 10 am in the block of 2500 North Garrett Avenue, according to police.
Carmona and another victim, 20-year-old Charles sat in a white Nissan Maxima Varalos, who parked in the middle of the street, police said.
